Housekeeping services include laundry, changing linens, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and disinfecting kitchen and bathrooms.  

Companion care and activities are important because they provide decision making power. When partaking in meaningful activities, confidence and interpersonal skills develop. This gradual process will give your loved one a sense of security in the process of moving towards greater self-determination. 

Individual's living with Dementia and/or Alzheimer's disease will need assistance with activities of daily living at some point. We incorporate a variety of activities and adapt to the disease as it progresses.

Disability Support focuses on improving and maintaining physical, emotional, and social well being of those with disabilities.  

Post Operative Care is highly effective in helping patients regain strength and transition back to normal life. Our top priority is to relieve daily tasks and provide comfort during the healing process. 

A well balanced diet comes with many health benefits. We will proactively prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks to match nutritional requirements.

Medication Management includes following a strict regimen designed by your Doctor. CoreCare Assistance will help you stay on track with your medications. 

Pet Care is available to all of our clients. We know how important your fur babies are.

 Services including feeding, watering, bathing, disposing of waste, and exercising pets.

We coordinate directly with Hospice and Palliative providers to support end of life planning. 

Protective over sight or "drop-in" visits provide health, safety, and welfare checks to individuals who are not to be left alone for extended periods of time.
